FixedMatches.Soccer provides football match information through services that may include Correct Score, HT/FT Fixed Matches, VIP Combo Tickets, and football prediction plans. Available services may change according to current match availability.
Each offer may display information such as the match date, market type, listed odds, price, and availability. Service details shown on the website remain subject to confirmation when the customer contacts us.
Orders and payment
Before making a payment, the customer should review the selected service, current price, availability, and delivery details provided through our communication channels.
Payment instructions are provided directly after the customer contacts us. An order is treated as confirmed only after the agreed payment has been received and confirmed.
Customers are responsible for following the correct payment instructions and providing accurate contact information for delivery. FixedMatches.Soccer is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, account, or third party that was not provided through our official contact channels.
Service delivery
The customer may choose to receive the purchased service through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. We will use the communication channel selected by the customer.
The service is considered delivered when the purchased information has been sent to the contact details or account provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the chosen contact channel is active and accessible.
Purchased information is provided only for the customer’s personal use. It must not be copied, resold, published, forwarded, or shared with another person without our permission.
Refund and replacement policy
A refund or replacement is available only when the purchased fixed match is officially completed and the provided selection loses.
The customer must contact us within 24 hours after the match is completed. Requests submitted after this 24-hour period will not qualify.
For an eligible request, the customer may choose either a refund of the amount paid for the losing fixed match or a replacement fixed match. The customer should state their preferred option when contacting us.
Refunds or replacements are not available for a change of mind, failure to place a bet, incorrect customer contact details, inability to access the selected communication channel, or any circumstance where the provided selection did not lose.
Customer responsibilities
When using our website or purchasing a service, the customer is responsible for:
- Using the website and purchased information only for lawful and personal purposes.
- Checking the match, market, listed odds, and betting details before placing any bet.
- Managing their own betting account, funds, stakes, and decisions.
- Keeping purchased information private and not sharing or reselling it.
- Providing accurate contact details and contacting us promptly if a delivery problem occurs.
Betting decisions and risk
Football betting involves financial risk. Every customer decides independently whether to place a bet, how much to stake, and which betting platform to use.
FixedMatches.Soccer does not operate a sportsbook or betting account. We do not control whether a bookmaker accepts a bet, changes the available odds, limits an account, settles a market, or processes deposits and withdrawals.
No service guarantees a customer’s profit or recovery of previous betting losses. Our refund and replacement obligations are limited strictly to the policy stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Our total responsibility for a claim connected to a purchased service will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific service involved, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Suspension or refusal of service
We may refuse, suspend, or end access to a service when we reasonably believe that a customer:
- Is under 18 years old.
